Recipe for Pork Chops in Beer

Ingredients for Pork Chops in Beer:
4 large pork chops.
12 oz of beer.
¼ of an onion, sliced.
Salt and pepper, to taste.

Pork Chops in Beer preparation instruction:
Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.

Brown the chops over a medium-to-high heat.

Turn the heat to low, then add 12 ounces of beer and the sliced onion.

Cover and braise the chops, turning them a few times, until the beer is almost gone (takes about half and hour).

Serve.
