Recipe for Egg PandesalIngredients for Egg Pandesal: 2 eggs.
1 kilogram of all-purpose flour.
2 tablespoons of yeast.
¾ cup of sugar.
1/3 cup of oil.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 cup of powdered milk.
1/3 cup of margarine.
2 cups of water, luke-warm. Egg Pandesal preparation instruction: Combine salt, sugar and all-purpose flour.
Dissolve yeast and 1 tbsp sugar in luke warm ½ cup for 5-10 minutes and let rise. Set aside.
