1(8 oz) can crushed pineapple <br>
½ c sugar <br>
1 t
vanilla <br>
2 ½ c cake flour <br>
2 t baking powder <br>
½ t salt

½ c water <br>
3 pcs. egg whites
Pineapple Cup Cake preparation instruction: Thoroughly cream
shortening and gradually add sugar. Add pineapple and vanilla. Add sifted
day ings. Alternately with water. Fold in stiffy beaten egg whites. Fill
greased muffine pan 2/3 full of batter. Bake at 375o F for 25 mins.
