Recipe for Meat Loaf
Ingredients for Meat Loaf: 1kg beef, minced.
1kg veal, minced.
250g pork, minced.
250g chicken, minced,
1 cup of Worcestershire sauce.
1 tablespoon of thyme.
Laurel leaves, crushed.
Salt, to taste.
Pepper, to taste. Meat Loaf preparation instruction: Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients (except salt and pepper) together in a bowl.
Season with your desired amount of salt and pepper.
Line a pan with aluminium foil.
Fill the pan with the mixture.
Bake at 190C for about 50 minutes.
Serve hot.
