Recipe for TEMPURAIngredients for TEMPURA: 1 kg fresh shrimp.
2 eggs, beaten.
2 cups of flour.
1/2 cup of batter mix.
1 cup of water.
Salt. TEMPURA preparation instruction: Shell shrimp and wash thoroughly. Dry. Set aside. In a bowl prepare the batter, water, egg, flour and salt stir thoroughly. Dip shrimps in the batter and deep fat fry. Serve hot.
